Spring has sprung! Now it’s time to do some spring cleaning… Lets get rid of those old trends and make some room for new ones.
This was a super hot trend this fall. Now it’s time to let it go, and make room for the fresh new spring trends.
Nothing says it’s spring like lovely floral prints.
Everyone loves elegant neutrals colors, but spring is all about bright pops of color.
No doubt you have all been hearing about the wonderful color of the year, tangerine. I am in love with this bold color. Will you dare to try it out?

I’m sure that you’ve all been noticing the new colors of the season. One color that really seems to be popping up everywhere is tangerine! This is such a gorgeous color that almost anyone can rock. Will you be giving tangerine a chance this season?

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a beautiful day today. Yesterday, I went and got my hair cut for the first time in who knows how long. I have hair that goes just past my shoulders, and I want to keep growing it out. I asked for a trim with some long layers. I must admit that I was pretty nervous… I have requested this type of cut so many times, and few stylists can seem to do this without cutting 3 inches off the end! My stylist was super sweet. She washed and conditioned my hair, and also threw in a wonderful scalp massage. Then she trimmed the ends, and blow dried my hair. She added in some long layers. When she was finished, my hair looked so good!!! Isn’t it amazing how a simple trim can change how you feel about yourself?

Hello everyone! Yesterday, I went and got my nails done with my friend for her birthday. We went to a place called the Bellagio Spa and Salon in Roseville, near the galleria. I picked out a pretty blue color by OPI called Suzi Says Feng Shui. When we sat down, the ladies buffed, filed, and polished our nails, while also adding in a complementary arm massage. Another lady brought us iced tea, which I must say was delicious! I had a great overall experience, and I would definitely recommend it. I give it 4.5 stars. I took off 0.5 points because one of my nails started chipping pretty immediately, which really disappointed me. None of my other three friends had a problem, so it was probably just me:) Besides that I had a nice time and would definitely go back again.

When I woke up this morning, it was a beautiful day. The sun was shining, and even though it was supposed to rain later, I took my chances of frizziness by leaving my hair down. Later in the day of course it just had to get windy! My hair was all over the place. In my face, in my eyes, in other people’s faces… and needless to say I was not very happy! So, in light of today’s events, I decided to pick my three favorite (and super easy) hairstyles for windy days.
1. Teased Ponytails. Why it works: The ponytail keeps those annoying pieces of hair from falling into your face. Plus, if you tease it, you are doing exactly what the wind is going to do anyways. Might as well make it look intentional!
2. Topknots. Why it works: This style is very hot right now. It keeps your hair up and out of your way. The great thing about it is that it still looks good if it gets a little messy!
3. French Braids. Why it works: French braids are awesome at keeping every single bit of hair out of your way. I also think they are adorable! I personally like to tie ribbons at the ends or decorate them with cute clips.

I had a wonderful day with my mom today. We went to the Sephora in the mall to get some basic essentials: blush, concealer, and lip gloss. The lady working there today named Vicki was so sweet and nice! She helped us out, and did our makeup for us. I am one of those people who can’t stand bad customer service. To me it is just very refreshing when an employee gives you that one on one customer service. We left feeling pretty and satisfied:) I will definitely be going back to see Vicki again! Which leads me to my question… What stores do you find the best customer service at???
